Clarification Re: Sticking Hatch

My 09 did the same thing, I took it ot the dealer and they installled the new hatch springs per the TSB. But it still hung up! I took it

My 09 did the same thing, I took it ot the dealer and they installled the new hatch springs per the TSB. But it still hung up! I took it back to them a second time and they adjusted the latch and greased it and it seems to work properly now.
