That is an okay deal on a brand new car, but with 1900 miles that car had to be a demo, or it's lightly used. I wouldn't pay anymore than

That is an okay deal on a brand new car, but with 1900 miles that car had to be a demo, or it's lightly used. I wouldn't pay anymore than 37,000 for it if it was a demo. If it has actually been titled before I would look at 35,000.
