Back up Camera? Added to factory GPS??

Is it possible to add a back up cam to factory GPS system that would activate when you go in reverse? And does anybody know how to set clock on

Is it possible to add a back up cam to factory GPS system that would activate when you go in reverse? And does anybody know how to set clock on dash the one in GPS was easy but dash clock is a mystery to me.
