I personally believe sports package gives you great bang for your buck. If RevMatch is not a concern for you, there are still some great upgrades that it come with.

Larger Brakes: Having larger brakes are always a +. This is usually the first mod for those who tracks (Road Course) their car regularly. It also provides you extra stopping power even on the public roads.

VLSD: With a LSD you can put the power to the ground more evenly and effectively. My 350Z didn't have LSD. Every single day I wished why I didn't purchase the enthusiast model.

Forged Light weight wheels: You've only mentioned that it's 19" wheels but these are forged lightweight wheel from Rays Engineering. I personally believe they look so much better than the base rims and few believe it's probably the best rims EVER offered on a Z car. Also having less weight, your car will turn and accelerate better.

Rear Spoiler: I personally like the rear spoiler that comes with the sports package and I also think it completes the car. Do you really want to go through the hassle of making holes in your trunk on your $32K car? Have the Nissan do it for you.

You can always go aftermarket for any of these parts but you have to remember the shop you take your car to must know what they are doing. An improperly installed LSD can ruin performance of your car and do damage to your gearing and such. For only $2602, I think it's an amazing deal and NO 370Z enthusiast should buy the car without it.
