I'd rather it be me than someone else that does damage to my car honestly. I can stand being mad at myself for doing something stupid but when its someone else that I have to be mad at it feels horrible. Especially if you never find out who it was, then you just go around being mad at the world.

don't be too hard on yourself, this happen to me too a couple months ago. you can always get a good rim repairer to fix it. Just be glad to be fortunate to own such a beautiful car.
