I understand, it happens. I have found myself going a bit faster than expected my fair share of time, but 145 is pushing it.
To stay on topic, the car is plenty fast for me, I never drag race so massive amounts of straight line acceleration is not my priority. That said, the car is certainly plenty quick to get around traffic or up to speed. The car really shines in the twisties though for me.
