Get a clipon mirror to eliminate the blind spot.

I know the blind spot on the passenger side is dangerous. For me, the passenger headrest completely block the rear window. I can mitigate that by moving the seat forward but i often drive with my wife so she has to move the seat back thus block the rear window.

So I got this Clip-On mirror for only $10 from Amazon. It just clipped on to the rearview mirror. And now I could see what would be the entire blind spot on the ClipOn.

You should definitely try it.

You don't have to buy from amazon. a good auto zone would carry it.

If you are in a nice three piece suit that cost big bucks. Kinda like a guy using a clip on earing cuz he is afraid to get it pierced.

lol safety isn't rice. clip on mirrors (convex, especially) help with blind spots more than you would imagine.

Old school here. They taught us to adjust mirors and turn head when turning or changing lanes and to see the big picture and know whats around you at all times. I probably look in my three mirrors every few seconds out of habit from drivers ed.

the reflection in mirror is smaller than they usually appear on factory mirrors so it kinda throws you off how far the car behind/next to you really are.

but those mirrors make a good security mirror for garages.

I've found that proper side mirror adjustment leads to excellent around-car views. In fact, when I drive other cars, I feel like I see cars on my sides less well than I do in my 370.

i use the mirror, i got the Broadway mirrors which are really nice, they work good.

I don't think people here realize how useful this mirror is. It really does cover the entire blind spot.

I know once people use it, they would never drive without one.

This how-to helped me drastically. I was paranoid to change lanes when I got the 370, but setting the mirrors with this method has made it very comfortable. It's a little weird at first, but it does work.
