Same thing happened to me a month ago. I had the right of way, when a lady in a Honda Accord coming from the oposite direction turns left without looking

I had the right of way, when a lady in a Honda Accord coming from the oposite direction turns left without looking so she could go into a gas station. I missed getting into an accident by inches. Road was damp and ABS was doing everything possible, just about stalled and stopped inches from hitting the curb. I was shaken up the whole afternoon. Pissed off more than anything else.
