Oh, and FWIW, I let them replace my hood so they could try to investigate how this defect happened. They cut it in half apparently and sent half to Japan

Oh, and FWIW, I let them replace my hood so they could try to investigate how this defect happened. They cut it in half apparently and sent half to Japan and half to their US headquarters (Nashville I think?).
