Stillen Plate Mount: I might be wrong, but most people are dropping the money on the plate in order to have it easily removable...this way if you're ticketed, just spin

LOL.. and for parking reasons, as others have stated. Yes, this is the one item that we sell that most people do everything they can to not use.. and would be much happier never putting it on..
