I talked with Doc about it today...you're right that the parts are painted separately...they'll also detail the car before they give it back.

I decided to pass bc the sample he showed me would make the car look too aggressive for my tastes.

Anyway, I think they're still looking for a willing participant. And Doc seems like a really cool guy.

I just chickened out

I can understand that. I guess part of the coolness of Z owners is that some others won't think it looks aggressive enough. Gotta love Z people!
