Have not done much with my Z since the purchase 3 months ago except short drives. Really want to start the mods but really hate to order stuff and wait.

Installed my new wing today.

Came out of hibernation today and Damn it felt good!!! Having some mods done at Project X in Chicago on tuesday. :)

drove it a hell of a lot yesterday! points of interest:

- first time i really let her loose. an e46 m3 was tailgating me and pulled upto me at a freeway onramp light. smashed on him from 0-70 then threw it into 6th and watched as he flew by me :hello:

- filled her up @ $4.35/gallon. ugh...gas prices need to come down. my average mpg is now just over 23mpg. grandma driving is so not fun

Motored the Z this am but since it didn't rain just QD'ed the car with SpeedShine. :p
Too windy to wash today anyway.

Took it 150mph on the Autobahn...doesn't even feel like its going fast:driving:...its awesome

It's a winding road that takes me North over several mountains into PA's coal region. It's particularly popular with the sportbike crowd and they tend to attract the ire of the locals which results in a State Police presence on weekends once summer comes. For right now, it was pretty much empty.
The heavy rains we've had did a good job of clearing away the gravel that would normally be in the turns this time of year.
VDC OFF = switchback fun = "Hello, Tire Rack?"

Driving a 370Z in that neck of the woods produces a lot of "what the heck is that?" kind of stares from people sitting on their front porches.

That sounds like a blast.
