Been without power since 5am. No F1 race for me. Trying to stay off of the interwebs so I don't see the results. Kind of bored. What did people do for fun before electricity?
I loaned my chain saw to a friend last big storm we had here, so I can't even start on making firewood.

Damn its barely doin anything outside, storm almost gone and NOW we lose power. Tons of outages. Looks like power may be down awhile:(

Nice to see you guys are ok though, you never know what could happen. We were lucky to have a generator back in CT which was always amazing when the power went out.

I drove the Z back to school yesterday, I'm scoping out a new parking spot this semester. I'm thinking about going up to the graduate campus and parking in the parking garage but it's a long walk to get there.

They read a lot.

I say it's high time to go a callin' on your friend to get that chainsaw back! When I borrowed my buddy's I had it back to him in three day's time, cleaned AND oiled! :icon17:

You don't want to leave bodies back there too long. They start to smell up your car.

FromG2Z 08-28-2011 05:32 PM

Hopefully Irene weakens and dissipates for you guys...

For me today, the Z is my medicine...lol. Let me explain. I wasn't feeling up to par today, just a little bleh... stomach a little turny. Anyways, I decided to still push through with my errands today and went for a drive. Needless to say, I felt MUCH better after my drive :) The Z is natural stimulant and medicine hehe...

Also, detailed the Odyssey today... what a beast :( Layered with Souveran.

Luna, Alchemy - sorry to hear about the power outages. :( last thing we need.

G2Z- my z is also my therapy. Im usually refreshed after my drive.
ody's looking clean! That's got to be a lot of work doing such big car.

gurneyeagle 08-28-2011 06:50 PM

G2Z - Ah, the days of detailing an Odyssey. I remember them well.

Looking good. For the grief people give about mini-vans, our 2001 Odyssey was one of the best vehicles we ever owned.

Whoever came up with the idea of putting DVD players in vehicles should be nominated for sainthood.

I might. I just keep having minor annoyances with the car. And I want a bike.
