Alchemy... looking sharp. But please do not let bird doo sit on your paint for longer than a minute, esp in sun. That will etch into your paint... permanently, only removable by a DA or rotary, taking off enough clear coat to clear the lowest depth of the etch.....

Alchemy 08-06-2011 02:16 PM

Oh its gone already but you would cringe if you saw my paint. Really wish I did clear bra. My nose is destroyed from rock chips.

Mr. Kenchan -- excellent perspective and good use of the new tripod. :tiphat:

I know you are anxiously awaiting my "What did you do with your Lawn today" thread -- it is coming soon.

thank you, mr.onzedge. i need to experiment with it more... especially getting the tree reflection in the door as a slap in the face... didn't i learn ANYTHING from my RC picture taking the other night??!

haha indeed interested in closeup shots of green grass.

while i was taking picts of my car i noticed a grasshopper wanted to join in and it was sitting on my car right above the door handle while i was taking picts. i was like 'the heck is this little dot in my view finder' after about the 3rd shot and i realized... hey grasshopper! :D

happytheman 08-06-2011 04:19 PM

Kensan, did you lay on the ground while lining this shot up? LOL

looking great, as always!

I hate when mother nature interferes with photography.

thanks, yah, the tripod was well worth the $. :) those are the Craftsquare CF side mirrors. i bought them directly from their shop in japan with the help from my pops. Ztune should be able to source them for you though. :)

kenchan 08-06-2011 05:07 PM

btw, yes, the mirrors are very easy to install. :)

Ken... shots look amazing. Good comp. I like that new tripod too. How much was that?

Today, I put another layer of Supernatural on Zena... didn't get to drive her today though. However, I was in such a good relaxed mood today (I had 2 coronas with lime... mmmm), I let my son play with "some" of my prized diecast collections. Under my supervision of course :D
