How does this work? Can he refuse to take back the car?

thanks for all the reply/info guys


the car is at the shop still waiting for it to be inspected.
they (insurance co.) sure are taking their sweet *** time.

meanwhile i went to my doctor and got x-rays all over my body
and was informed that i had no problems.
He told me that since i was sitting in the car not knowing
the car was coming at me that my body didnt have the time to
counter-react to the impact. Meaning if i had seen the car coming
and tried to "fight" the impact then i would be in bad shape.

Default I have been there..

So Im glad your ok..

I got rear ended in my '81 280zx(mint low mileage)..and I saw the SOB
coming in the rear view mirror..a big Chevy truck going about 35-40 and
I was stopped..

Not good.. no glass broke on the car but she was totalled(not being worth very much even in mint condish)..I did driver her home :-)..

Any pics of your car??
