Went to the dealership yesterday and got my 1st oil and filter change at 1,594 miles (Nissan Ester Oil). I noticed the engine sounded somewhat different afterwards. Has anyone else

Went to the dealership yesterday and got my 1st oil and filter change at 1,594 miles (Nissan Ester Oil). I noticed the engine sounded somewhat different afterwards. Has anyone else noticed this or is it my imagination?!
