Techiniclly having a child seat in the front seat is illegal if you have a back seat. Only having one row would mean that its just a seat and not

Techiniclly having a child seat in the front seat is illegal if you have a back seat. Only having one row would mean that its just a seat and not a front seat. Plus all two seaters would have to come with a huge disclamier saying that only adults can sit in that seat.... otherwise why do they have the airbag sensor if you are supose to be in booster seat until 4'11"
