I want to know what it takes to get it under 15. I got it from 18 or so to 16.9 and now back at 17.1 It's like those people

I want to know what it takes to get it under 15. I got it from 18 or so to 16.9 and now back at 17.1 It's like those people who eat a lot of bad sh!t and never lose weight.
