Wow, that really does suck. Hard to believe she ran the entire length of the car before she realized she was just " a little too close." Looks like she's played bumper cars before, there is pre-existing damage on her rear bumper!
It looks like you were parked in a shitty spot to begin with (shopping cart floating around the front of your car) No way the entire car will need to be repainted, any good body shop/painter can blend the new panels in with the old, and just shoot new clear.
