adjusters typically deal directly with the body shop estimater..estimaters give the adjuster a figure for labor and parts..the adjuster either approves or asks for modification of the estimate based on his findings...its pretty simple..

I so very sorry at your loss. I can't explain in words how sad this is (considering the fact it's a limited production car). When I saw this yesterday, part of my heart died.
