I'm sure you just have to pop off some of the interior panels to access the space it's in. Who knows. Take it to the dealer -- they'll laugh at you but they'll get it out.
But yeah, they'll laugh.... a lot. I'm sure they'll call all of the other service techs and even the sales guys over to look at the car and have one big group laugh... so just be prepared for the embarrassment. Take it to the dealer
