Back when I worked @ the dealership, Customer Surveys were more important to General Motors than Sales numbers. We went as far as offering CASH to get customers to turn in their surveys on time, with high marks (illegal in the eyes of GM, but that didn't stop us). After the economic 'collapse' i'm not sure how important they are anymore, but I know for certain that if you give a vehicle or a dealership or salesman/manager low marks, it will come back to bite said dealership in the arse.
At a minimum, you can use surveys to get free stuff or something 'extra', like an oil change or car wash/detail or even a free lunch. You never know until you try. |
