BTW, you can take the VDC off in the snow...

or know how to drive.

And I will add, 30 + yrs of driving with no moving accidents and driving in all kinds of weather in FWD and RWD cars in different countries. Knowing the car and kowing whats around you really helps to prevent accidents.
