I haven't read this whole thread, but I'll put in my .02 anyway. The buzzing/vibrating noises were driving me insane, so I had the shop remove the headliner, and insulate

The buzzing/vibrating noises were driving me insane, so I had the shop remove the headliner, and insulate all the small brackets in the roof. No more noises.
