Yah, the kickplates are easy to install, but if you prefer the dealer doing it, nothing wrong with that.
I'm not much of a Nav user so can't say how good/bad the factory one is, but we all agree that the stereo is pretty bad on our cars so should just upgrade that and while doing so, very easy to get a Nav/DVD headunit installed and rear view camera. Kenwood is well liked here, although I'm running a Pioneer (just a DVD player with rearview cam) on mine.
