This S-Tune kit came out in Japan before the Nismo version I believe.
Looked all over the net and couldn't find any details about it. Even looked at some diagrams of the Z34 and couldn't figure it out. Maybe someone can chime in.

The S-tune kit did release prior to the Nismo factory release.
The red and black bar goes inside the interior trim and does not replace the "OEM aluminum bar".
