I didn't really read this, i dont know how old the OP is but he could of just hit it around a turn and spun in a circle and caused the damage shown... And out of the momment decided to use this as an excuse to make himself feel better.. my apologies if thats not the case but it's just how I feel about this.

Im hard pressed to believe what was said to happened, happened.. but im in for updates

Sorry to say it, but I too agree with Chuck and Eric. The damage appears to be the result of the "VDC" being turned off going around the corner and the gas pedal pressed real hard for effect.............. Now all that has to be done is to convince the insurance company that it was the same problem that is going on with the Toyota's. Which by the way is another questionable situation. Fifteen minutes of fame I believe it is called..!
