I had a '98 Neon Expresso. I'm so glad that thing isn't still in my driveway! (Ex-wife took it with her! Good riddance to both!)

Had a 2004 Mustang GT on my tail this weekend. He started revving his motor at the lights and had a sour look on his face... then I heard the blow-off valve and knew I'd pissed him off.... maybe it was the plate...! :icon17:

I let him pull around and fly past at mach 2; I just grinned :rofl2:

just stick your hand out your window, give him a thumbs up and then slowing change to thumbs down

ahhh.... I just love it/hate it. It's one of those things that come with the Z. I personally can not stand mustangs though, mostly for the fact that they are mustangs and everyone has one around here, but the fact that ever Joe that owns one wants to race, and I for sake of not wanting to lose my license or God forbid my car, never give into it and let them sit there and do their thing. But one time, Mr. I'm going to race and beat you because I got a cool guy v-8 got owned. :) man I love my Z... Oh and the best part was the wifey was the one driving. lol next time I'll do the slowly thumbs down approach, that would great seeing their face and reaction.

Haven't had anyone try to race me really other than on a trip to Dothan. A Mustang, Camaro and what turned out to be an undercover cop in a really sweet blacked out Charger. We weren't going that fast - 80 in the 65 - but when I started to pull around the Charger he hit his lights for a second, put his hand out the window and motioned to slow down, then gave me a thumbs up. Was pretty funny really.

Hey cool, what portion are you teaching? I'm about to start the 64 course. In fact this is my study break! Perhaps I'll see you around.

I am a civilian Contract IP teaching UH-60's. I drive a Black Cherry Convertible. What are you driving? If you see me around say hello and introduce yourself.

I love doing that too, except the other day some dumba** almost lost control and just about ran over some pedestrians so I think I am just going to ignore them so I don't see anyone die.:tiphat:

Ever notice how many ricers are belching tons of smoke from their exhaust?

what do you do at 24 that is so important, that your personal life is their business? Your personal life shouldn't matter if you have a traffic violation, most politicians have a felony on their record and still keep their jobs

I can give you probably 300 million reasons. :icon18:

And since when was a street racing conviction just a "traffic violation?"
