Its a quick emergency response unit for the 'ring.... its the perfect car for this too... I think its a great idea... it would suck to crash somewhere on mile 6-7 on the ring and have to wait 10min... for a damn fire truck to get there, at least this should be at that point in 3-4 minutes.

I dont see a fire truck lapping the ring that quickly...

I assume its just a hose and a pump, plugs directly into a fire hydrant.

Theres gota be a water/foam tank on that bad boy. I can't see it carrying a bunch of hose to hook up to the hydrants however far apart they are.
