Negative! Sorry, but thats not close to being true. A house regains value as it is reconstructed. You can do siding, roof, carpet, kitchen, etc..... I know this for a fact since my house has doubled in value since all remodeling. YES..the economy suck RIGHT NOW...and ALL prices dropped but houses are THE ONLY GOOD INVESTMENT. There may be one more out there besides a house..... |
