Don't paint the whole nose of the car, if it doesn't match, then you've got a much bigger problem and a car that's been half re-painted. Check it when finished in both flouresant and natural sunlight to be sure. I spent years restoring Jags, Rolls etc.. Take my word on this. Just don't accept the car if it's not perfect. Tell them this when you contract them. Certain paints can be dead on matches out of the can, Glasow (german) is one. |
