How can I fix this instrument panel issue please?

Hi everyone. I hope you can help me figure out how to fix this issue on the dashboard instrument panel. Do I have to replace the entire instrument panel as

I hope you can help me figure out how to fix this issue on the dashboard instrument panel. Do I have to replace the entire instrument panel as a whole or it is possible to just purchase and replace the defective lcd screen? Thank you for all the help!
