question about trans and need a shop recommend

Here are some thing after a month drive, I drive it every weekend and drive it pertty hard, I got the Zspeed stage 3 clutch, flywheel and Cmak over a year. when I get it was very hard to shift in redline, I cant shift quick and feel very crunch or stuck 4th to 5th gear, and my clutch is almost gone now, so here is my plan to upgrade it but still got questions please advise!

Should I replace the Synchros? but I cant find any racing Synchros for the 370z 6mt but in the forum some one put Ford Synchros in it? Could some one give the part number? I dont know they failed or just clutch went out

MY plane is put the Zspeed stage3 clutch and pressure plate, Z1 solid shifter bushings, Z1 short shifter, z1 dust boot, and a aluminum knob.

BTW the trans is leaking a little bit I'm also gonna replace the sealing.

How about putting MT et street SS 305 35 19 to my 10.5 wheel? Is that the best tire for rolling for my 19inch wheel? 295 ps4s cant hook

Need a good shop or tech in Dallas! I miss ramyZ so much!

from the conceptz looks like 350Z and 370Z shares the same OEM synchro, so is that mean we can put CD009 after market synchro to the 370z 6mt?
