A grounding kit is supposed to "help your car run better by stabilizing electrical noise and voltage spikes and equalizing resistance and voltage between various ground points" thus improving ECU signals and throttle response resulting in better performance and reduction in flat spots.

But I haven't seen anything concrete to prove this yet.

Word lol. Mainly just makes the engine bay look better

OOPS! i thought you were talking about a bodykit as for the grounding kit you are speaking of i have no knowledge
