Default Weird problem, car just not starting

I didn’t know where else to put this but I’m just having this problem last night and I’m not sure what it is.

I have a 2010 model and I came back into my car from picking stuff up from home, after getting back in the car just seemed to fully lose power when I pressed the button the start it up. No clicking sound like if I had a dead battery nothing for a bit. Got out of the car to check my battery and everything was fine, light turned back on in the car again. Going back in to start it, it all turned off again. I’m assuming it was just a battery problem and might have to get a new battery. 3rd time around it started. Ran fine and normal to and back after going back out.

Today I just left auto one to just check my battery and it’s fine but idk what that problem was at all?

After a bit today now it did it again? I’m still unsure what the problem is that makes the car not start. But now I’m hearing a small tiny noise coming from the radio area.

Does anyone know what this is or had this same problem?

I’m a lurker in this forum and I’m not sure if I put this in a good place or not

I don’t believe so since they have a sign on one car and another shows there is a light on. Unless I didn’t see it, my small problem was like, no power whatsoever? I’ll have to record it again next time. I’m assuming the connections on the battery was isn’t fully tight enough. I tightened them to see if that was the case and I’m waiting for it to happen again

Did you check to see if any DTCs were triggered?

Like Spooler said, sounds like Steering Lock Module failure. Most prevalent on 09 to 2011 models.

That tiny sound you hear is the module failing to let you start the car.

So I rechecked everything and I thought the same but I also noticed that the clips on the battery are kinda loose and I guess after tightening them it hasn’t happened since. So it might have been just that. I still thank y’all for the comments and what not!
