Update. I bought the fuel port from z1 motorsports to check my fuel pressure. At idle, the fuel pressure is around 28 psi. So I bought a new fuel pump

Update. I bought the fuel port from z1 motorsports to check my fuel pressure. At idle, the fuel pressure is around 28 psi. So I bought a new fuel pump assembly and installed it today. The fuel pressure with the new pump assembly is around 53 psi at idle now.
The car is very responsive now during acceleration, no hesitation. I don't remember the car being this quick, even when it was new. I was never able to check fuel pressure when the no starts were happening, but I am thinking it was most likely the fuel pump. I will report back if I have another no start during the summer.
