There were two other car accidents that night.

WE GIVE THEM back to you, dear Lord, who gave them to us.  Yet as you do not lose them in giving, so we have not lost them by their return.  Not as the world gives do you give, O Lover of souls. And life is eternal, and love is immortal, and death is only a horizon, and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.  Lift us, strong Son of God, that we may see farther.  Cleanse our eyes that we may see more clearly.  Draw us closer to yourself that we may know ourselves nearer to them.  And while you are preparing a place for us, prepare us for that happy place, that  where they are and you are, we too may be; through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

terrible news

sorry to hear about your loss.

i think i actually saw a video on here about that accident, i remember them saying they had to cut the car to get him out, but there was no word on his condition in the video.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I didn't know Brian, but know how hard a tragedy such as this is on family and loved ones.

I would like to thank all of you for your kind words. Just be careful out there. Brian was less than a mile from his house, and was doing less than 40 mph. Infortunately with cold tires and cold pavement he lost traction speeding up to enter traffic and fishtailed into oncoming traffic. The funeral was today and was beautiful, thanks again.
