Fuel Flap missing !!!

I just refuelled and noticed that I don't have a metal flap where there nozzle goes... are we suppose to have one...??? if so is mine at the bottom of

I just refuelled and noticed that I don't have a metal flap where there nozzle goes... are we suppose to have one...??? if so is mine at the bottom of the tank??? f damn....
