Difference between 09-12 and 13-14 nismo rims?

There are 09-12 and 13-14 versions on z1motorsport and the price difference is kinda big. I am wondering what's the difference except for the gunmetal finish.

The size and offset looks identical. The 13-14 has the gunmetal finish and a full-set is like 600 bucks cheaper, why? I tried to search on the forum but found no answer.

Scarcity. 09-12s are older and it's been longer since they stopped making them.

Interesting. I think the 13-14 looks better and they are cheaper
