Had I not been paying attention and driving like I do (either faster or slower than traffic around me, to keep them out of potential blind spots) I never would have seen the foxbody mustang off my passenger side rear quarter. This was at night, they had headlights on (as did I), and they TOTALLY disappeared. Made me rethink the 20% tint I have...for a minute. |

Ten things I like about the 370Z:
1. Brand new and mine! 2. Very nice and upscale interior usable cup holder. 3. Push button start. 4. Sport package wheels and tires. 5. Glove Box compartment. 6. Excellent performance & power. 7. Gear indicator. 8. More space in the back by relocating the rear strut bar. 9. Excellent handling, braking, and grip. 10. Great USAA pricing!!! ![]()

2010 Roadster:
1. Top lines, both folded and up -- clean and elegant. Looks like a $65K+ car 2. Power -- even maintaining break-in, I can press passengers into their seats and flirt with the other side of 100. 3. Sport wheels -- I have never seen an OEM set this cool. 4. Climate controlled seats -- very effective design with mesh centers and leather surrounds. Both heat and AC are aided by a multi-speed fan. 5. Smart Key -- better range/more recognizable to the car than my Mazda's 6. Interior storage/trunk -- surprisingly usable compared to competitors (Boxster/Cayman still wins this, though) 7. Bose Audio -- I have never liked a Bose system until this one. I believe the interior dimensions of the Roadster complement this system. 8. Getting revvs from $100K Porsches (this also could fall on my lists of hates) 9. Wide availability of great aftermarket options -- I will make that exhaust note even sweeter 10. Intelligent enthusiast community here. This reminds me of the Z3 community, where the focus is truly on the car and those who love it. Such enthusiasm with very little judgment or bashing "outsiders" is rare and commendable.

1) It's quick.
2) It corners like its on rails. 3) The steering wheel is awesomely comfortable and the gauge cluster goes up and down with it. 4) The seats hug the bum and have a lot of grip. 5) The blind spots aren't as much of a worry as I initially thought. 6) Platinum graphite shows off the lines nicely. 7) The interior looks high tech. 8) The start up sequence is really fun. 9) I can hook a thumb drive full of audio files up to the stereo. 10) It's paid for. ![]() Things I don't like: 1) The seat warmers are weak. 2) No second cup holder for passenger on touring model. 3) Wah. I don't mind the digi fuel gauge. It's a digital screen to balance out the digital clock on the right. The clock could have been an analogue style one, but that would have been self consciously retro and wouldn't have sat right in anything but a walnut dash'd stately vehicle.

1. Suspension
2. SynchroRev Match (besides the obvious with this I like the way it makes the car grunt on low speed downshifts, like when you enter a parking lot) 3. performance - at stock it is far better than my stock 05 350Z 4. Intelligent key 5. Looks completely BADASS in black. 6. seats and interior. good job, Nissan. 7. Looks - looks mean from the front, the sides, top and the back. Hell, it even looks good from underneath. Ok, maybe an exaggeration. 8. Sport wheels. I have killed many a boring hour at work contemplating should I change out these wonderful RAYS. On my 350Z it was decided before I bought the car that it needed wheels. 9. Sweeping gauges on startup. nice. 10. Its a very worthy Z in a 40 year history of Z cars. well done Nissan. and of course I hate the high pitched noise but that is bound to be fixed soone or later. Overall a great car.

!. Reliability. Never overheats. No feathering. No oil-cunsumption issues. No ignition/starting problems...Just oil changes, so far.
2. Exhaust note. 3. Torque power band! 4. Comfortable ergonomics (I'm just 5'11"). 5. Looks. 6. Two weeks out of a tankfull (MPG???). 7. H-u-g-e glovebox, plus two smaller ones. 8. Handling/steering response. 9. F-l-a-w-l-e-s-s AT! 10. Best bang-for-the-buck Sports car. |
