It does nothing to make the car perform better. I'm sure you guys are aware of this however, it makes me chukle when I see the words used interchangeably.

Well I guess it does now. However, it appears that we may disagree on how it originated or the original intent of the term "RICE". As far as where have I been, I'm sure that was a rhetorical question and does not require an answer.
