Same part keeps breaking

Well, this is the second time the bolts have backed out of the passenger side heat insulator above the drive-shaft..Pics attached..Anyone else have this issue yet? Nissan Part 74754-1EA0A

That's odd. Maybe try a little bit of Loctite Blue to keep it from backing out?

i guess I should have clarified that the first one was mangled by the driveshaft when the nut backed out, so nissan warrantied it . I guess they botched the install, lol

Must have. Torqued down properly it shouldn't back out.
