This is a normal road wear spot on a car. Especially one with widebody accents such as ours. It's normal. This is why you see ppl tape there cars here

This is a normal road wear spot on a car. Especially one with widebody accents such as ours. It's normal. This is why you see ppl tape there cars here as well for the track and why some cars come stock with some type of clear bra in that same section such as the case with my Mitsu Outlander.
