Default C&D trashes Nismo 370Z at VIR

Scanned this in from the current issue of Car and Driver. They took 22 cars on the VIR track to compare lap times. The Nismo did it in 3:12.0, before it bit the dust.

After reading this, I have to say that the crash sounds like more of a fail on Nissan's part than on C&D's. Quite frankly, I'm a little alarmed that the brakes failed the way they did. One second they're fully effective, the next second, without warning, complete fade and pedal collapse. Can you imagine if this happened while taking your Z through the twisties up in the mountains?

Anyway, thought I'd share the article. Enjoy.
