It must not be very cost effective for them. If you park your car outside quite a bit in the cold or heat you'll probably see no positive difference in having nitrogen in your tires. But if you park inside a garage most of the time you'll see the difference (my G didn't need more nitrogen in it's tires for more than a year after I first got it).
