Knew I was in trouble when they asked for the vin. After a brief hold the tech states "there no tsb for your model"; sighs. I attempted to explain this isn't a tsb or "fix" but rather a performance improvement, like getting an android update hehe. I heard crickets and a final bring the car by we'll take a look.
