Bought New Z -undisclosed damage

Contact dealer and tell them they have 2-3 days to straighten things out or you are going to sue them. They have already jerked you around long enough.

Those jerks at that dealership are pieces of s#%t.... I also can't believe Nissan is not coming forward to make it right. I will NEVER buy another Nissan, not even a new model "Z". They will never get any of my money again... Do they realize this is a criminal offense? Unbelievable!

there is only so far nissan can go on something like this. they sell the car to the dealer, and then the dealer resells it to you. Nissan can help pressure them, but they can't MAKE them do anything.
