drove the 997.1 before getting the Z. I personally thought the 997.1's interior was dated and the shifter was terrible. Great engine and exhaust tone, but didn't think it worth

drove the 997.1 before getting the Z. I personally thought the 997.1's interior was dated and the shifter was terrible. Great engine and exhaust tone, but didn't think it worth the higher purchase price and maintenance cost (IMS & RMS potential issues, $1200 just to replace the plastic coolant expansion tank!!).
