Going by what I can tell from various drawings, but not 100% sure, it increases tunnel/frame rigidity for the rear section. Not sure how a bent one would affect things

Going by what I can tell from various drawings, but not 100% sure, it increases tunnel/frame rigidity for the rear section. Not sure how a bent one would affect things but it may have the tunnel/frame in a bind.
