I used the stuff you can buy at home depot or lowes, forget which one, but I think it is quikrete brand.

I've had it in my garage for over a year now. Been wonderful for protecting against oils and liquids and has held up to abuse just fine. I would, however, suggest not using the "flakes" they come with and just using a solid color you would like. The flakes make it hard to find small parts that you drop on the ground since they will basically just blend in with the flakes. If I could do it over again, I'd get a solid creme color

No matter which system you get, remember to spend most of your time on the prep. People that have had hot tires pickup the paint didn't properly prep the surface for adhesion.
